What happens to orders placed after 3pm?
They are prepared overnight and shipped the next morning (before 11am). Your customers receive their parcel in 2 working days as standard, or next day for nearby zones.
Can I impose a specific carrier?
Yes — you can force a default carrier, by mode (home/pickup point), by zone, or let our routing optimise automatically.
How do you handle urgent orders (guaranteed next-day)?
An express option can be activated at the basket or order level. Automatic routing to DHL Express, UPS Saver or FedEx Priority depending on zone and lead time.
Which carriers are enabled by default?
bpost, Colissimo, GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Mondial Relay and PostNL are available as soon as your account opens. Other European carriers can be added on request, depending on your volumes and target zones.
