Can I supply my own boxes?
Yes — you send us your branded boxes and we use them as a priority. We keep a stock of plain boxes as backup.
From what volume can I customise the packaging?
No minimum volume. From the very first parcel you can supply us with boxes, paper, stickers and notes — we adapt with no set-up fee.
How do promo inserts work?
You send us your flyers/samples. We add them according to your rules: to every order, above a basket threshold, on specific SKUs, or on customer segments.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes — every standard order placed before 3pm ships the same day. For orders flagged as priority, we guarantee preparation in under 4 working hours.
