Yes. Every receipt is recorded by batch; we ship on a FEFO basis (First Expired, First Out) and alert your team before each critical best-before date.
Can you assemble multi-product gift sets to order?
Yes, in dedicated cells. You provide the bill of materials and the assembly process, we handle the operations and quality.
How do you guarantee CLP compliance of labelling?
Every receipt undergoes a visual CLP check. Any non-compliant product is isolated in quarantine and we alert you within 4h.
Are you equipped for heat-sensitive products?
Our warehouse is kept at a constant 11 to 18°C. For deep cold (specific serums, vaccines), we refer you to a specialist partner.
How do you handle returns of opened cosmetic products?
Sorting on receipt: reconditionable, downgraded or documented destruction. You decide via the portal, with photos to support the decision.
